There were two anti-US firebrands, Iran and Venezuela who are making the most noise, and they were saying that the weaker US dollar is to blame for the record high oil prices. Currently oil export earnings are denominated in US dollars. And that's one of the reasons why we have Saudi Arabia as well as the UAE, pegging their currency to the greenback. Now what people are saying is that Venezuela as well as Iran were pushing for the OPEC oil cartel to move instead to a basket of currencies away from the US dollar a lot of analysts are saying that that would probably be impossible for the OPEC, for OPEC to really do. Especially because Saudi Arabia was caught on close-circuit TV, saying that they should stop talking about the US dollar altogether because there were concern , the country was concerned that the US dollar would continue to weaken further. Interesting, OPEC taking inspiration from Gesal , Bernsham, perhaps Jay-Z, who has been caught flushing euros in this latest rob . Now what else came out of the meeting? well, what really came out of the meeting is that OPEC's just clearly divided over their opinion on the US dollar on their stance towards the ed States as well as on whether or not OPEC really should increase production or not . Now what people were saying was that really OPEC, you know, on the one hand, you have Venezuela who was talking up the oil prices by basically saying that oil could hit two hundred dollars a barrel. If the US were to strike Iraq, sorry, strike Iran, or to strike Venezuela, now then on the other hand, you have Saudi Arabia which of course, was, is really a long time ally of the ed States and is trying to move the conversation away from politics and more towards environmental concerns.Notes:The Greenback: A note of U.S. currency.200807/43588四川省人工流产多少钱成都第十医院正规吗permillage ———— 千分率(名词)英文释义 (noun) Any quantity, speed, or frequency measured ;per thousand;.(NOTE: compare with more common ;percentage;which measures per hundred)例句 Highly sensitive scientific observations may require permillage calculations to identify tiny but significant changes in the data.高敏感的科学观测可能需要千分率计算,以找出数据中微小但是重要的变化。 /201609/464980四川成医附属不孕不育专科医院堕胎

成都市割包皮多少钱四川省成都二院在那Well, early education for soon-to-be husbands and wives. More and more engaged couples are going for premarital lessons. Hey, what do you have to lose? They should learn more because maybe they can avoid a divorce. Debra Mandel is the author of "Your Boss is not Your Mother". Oh that's a relief. She's given a lot of couples advice too on how to stay together. How are you, Debra? I'm great. How are you doing?Good. I, I like this, cause I think you can never be too prepared. I'm married a very, very long time and that first year is tough for any couple, so what do you think you can learn if you go for somebody's courses? In, in the Catholic religion, you have to, but for people who wanna do it anyway, what can you learn?Well, I'm always so excited when people come to me, it, for couples' counseling before they've aly tied the knots, so that we can really help them understand a lot of the pitfalls that people get into. For one, people assume that once they're married, everything is gonna be just nice and rosy and you don't have to do anything anymore and not understanding that when that honeymoon period wears off, it could really be devastating for people if they don't have realistic expectations (I hope) about actual marriage. Yep, hoping that it never wears off that honeymoon phase. I thought this was interesting the Journal of Family Psychology says that if couples receive premarital education, they will have a 31% lower chance of divorce, do you believe that?Oh, absolutely, because when people get information, information is very helpful for people, cause too often people think that things are just gonna be magical, you don't have to do anything, but really and truly for having a great relationship, you have to put a lot of time and energy into nurturing the whole concept of a couple, you know, we need to look at ourselves as, now, we are two people joining together and every decision we make is going to affect our partner, so we need to be really aware of everything about our person that we're gonna be with. (And that's one of the...) in advance. One of the tips that you have, the other ones I saw, assess the quality of communications. Obviously, communication is key and I thought this one was great too, Debra, one of your tips. Understand your partner's family dynamics. Is this (yeah) what they say you actually marry his mother or vice versa, I guess?Yes, as, as a matter of fact, what we need to understand is whenever we're marrying a partner, we are marrying their entire family, because they have had relationships with their family all the way since they were born and so those people are usually going to have an impact on how your partner behaves and thinks and their ideas and their values. You need to be comfortable with your partner's family and if you are not comfortable with certain members of that family, you need to make peace with that and talk that through and that's why communication is so important cause people need to be able to understand their differences, to communicate with empathy, with compassion for each other and really be able to listen to each other and not talk over each other. Debra Mandel, author of "Your Boss is not Your Mother". Great advice. Thanks so much.Thank you so much. (That's so easy, just do whatever your like at once )Sounds easy. I... 200809/51011Host: Is international maybe a bigger opportunity for the company than the U.S. is? Sallie Krawcheck: Absolutely is. Absolutely it is.Host: What kind of opportunity is China for you?Sallie Krawcheck: China I think it is, is what we would call a longer term opportunity. Um. I think there have been er, many companies that have gone in and expected to earn a lot of money. Oh, you, you, you do the very trite math, right? You take out your calculator, you know, these many billion (1.3 billion) people and the numbers went off the side of the calculator. Because there are so many and all they have to do is, you know, make one deposit or take out one loan and my goodness, me. It's gonna be terrific. One has to be very patient in dealing with China. It is, to state the obvious, it is clearly a different culture, than we have here, different business environment. And to view the American bill, we have to get in, we have to make money, we need a positive MPV immediately, right, is doomed to failure.Host: You were not only CFO, you're also head of strategy. Sallie Krawcheck: Sure. Host: Is there any kind of tension between those roles? Can you balance them?Sallie Krawcheck: I view my role, I have to be the conscience of Citigroup, the right numbers, not that good-looking, the right numbers. Um, I view my role, also, and Chuck's role as well as chief capital allocators, and as communicator. And those three things really have to work together. An Unidentified Man: What would you say about the ability to innovate and innovativeness? Is that an important part of your job as well?Sallie Krawcheck: We recently launched an Internet bank offering. Right, blew our doors off. I mean just blew the doors off. Um, and we believe we, we have, we'll change it six times but you know the right combination of pricing and brand and all that stuff. But it has to be innovated in terms of...Ok, let's, let's ...where should that capital be? Right, what can we see as we think about strategy for Citigroup. What can we try to see five and ten years down the road, or two months down the road. Isn't it as it is today? Ok, how can we envision. Um, you know a world that will be different. The next iteration of Citigroup will be more global than it is today. It'll build on our strength. It'll take advantage of what's to come.200809/48949绵阳看女性不孕医院哪好四川省第八人民医院几级
